About the Farm...
All culinary herbs and vegetables grown in our highland garden are guaranteed free of pesticides, herbicides and
commercial fertilisers.  Instead their growth and health is encouraged and nurtured with compost and kept manually weed free.  We work the land under the strict guidelines of the Biological
Farmers Australia.
 

The Drying Process...
All herbs are harvested at their peak, when essential oils are at their highest level.  Picked only after dew has dried, but still early in the morning, the herbs are then spread on drying racks out of direct sunlight.  Drying times differ from plant to plant but won’t exceed 14 days to keep flavour at its maximum.
